CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

Travel agencies/agents do not get paid when you cancel your reservation. So all the research, processing payments, paperwork, and any other items related to booking and taking care of the reservation is done for free ahead of time in good faith you will not cancel your reservation. So we have to charge a cancellation fee to make up for the money we are losing for the cancellation.
Please fill out this form completely and submit it. Then proceed to the "Make a Payment" form and input your credit card information for your cancellation fee of $250 as stated in our Terms & Conditions. Once this form is received and the payment form has been completed and processed, your agent will cancel your reservation and send you a cancellation confirmation. Please be aware that refunds (if applicable) take 6-8 weeks. If you chose Future Travel Credit insurance, you may forgo cancelling your reservation and just move your trip to a new date, avoiding the full cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is reduced to $125. This is for your first cancellation. After that it is the full cancellation fee.
